Born and Raised in San Diego, California Vanessa Estrella has worked as a San Diego Realtor Since 2004. Her dedication to minor detail including her clientels needs reflect in her work ethic. Vanessa has worked sucessfully with buyers, sellers, foreclosures, BPO's, short sales, rentals, commercial sales, investors, out of state Realtors and REO's all within the past few years. Working full time in Real Estate, Vanessa has the ability to work with her clientels schedules and demands. Also serving as a Silver Corporate Member to the National City Chamber of Commerce, a PTA Board Member(2006-2010), University Forensics team member and other community activitites. With these as her backbone plus her passion for helping people in any way she can, she is able to offer an array of services in Real Estate that all focus around her main adage "Communication is the key to a good partnership and a successful home purchase and/or sale."
I strongly believe in the power of a good education. I have a BA from San Diego State University in Communication with a minor in Political Science. I am also attending National University to pursue my MFA in Screenwriting. I am a mother of three wonderful children and enjoy running marathons on my spare time!
